Great location! This is an apartment located across the street from Baptist Health Hospital. Apartment has its own private entrance. Two blocks from Carson Park and Keiler Park. Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

The space
This apartment is located in a home that houses two other apartments. Apartment has its own private exterior entrance. Plenty of parking behind the house, as well as street parking in front of the house.

Newly updated! Cozy and quaint apartment that is perfect for a short term or long term stay. Great place to escape for a weekend! Or, if you are looking for a longer rental to accommodate employment at one of the region's best hospitals, you couldn't find a more conveniently located place where you could simply walk across the street for work each day or back home for lunch.

Apartment B has a quaint private side porch for your private entry to the apartment.

Where you’ll be

Paducah, Kentucky, United States

Situated a block from historic Jefferson Street... Take a walk in the spring to see the Dogwoods in bloom, the fall to see the beautiful Fall foliage. Anytime of the year, hop over a block or two to dine at Mellow Mushroom and our local Dry Ground Brewery ('37 Flood beer is a local favorite).

Walk over to Keiler Park to spend a day reading a book in the beautiful shaded park. Right next to the park is Midtown Market, which has some great lunches and dinner options for you.

Be sure to check out the murals at the city's Flood Wall! While downtown, be sure to dine on some of our local favorites, like tamales at Doe's Eat Place, BBQ at Knoth's BBQ, or fine dining (Cynthia's or The Freighthouse). Just ask us for recommendations.
