Perfectly located, this massive 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 den condo is steps to the waterfront (seawall), Skytrain, Convention Centre, shopping district, financial district, community centre, Stanley Park, Canada Place and much more.

The space
Two bedrooms - the master bedroom has a king bed, European styling, a walk-in closet, and a 3-piece master ensuite bathroom featuring a soaker tub with a view. Tons of space to relax in. The second bedroom has a queen bed, full closet, and amazing views out over the water to the North Shore Mountains.

You'll enjoy the massive open-concept kitchen/dining/living space with a variety of city, water, and mountain views, opening up to a sizeable balcony. Your kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, cookware, cutlery, even an espresso machine and drip coffee maker. Granite counters and a sizeable island make this a joy to cook from. Like wine? We have a full size, dual zone wine fridge in addition to our full-size kitchen fridge.

These days, working from home is a big part of many people's lives. This unit has a fully furnished home office, equipped with a wifi-enabled laser printer. Perhaps you'd like to switch it up and enjoy a view while you work? For that we have our glassed-in solarium with reading chair and shelving.

A second full bath, Bose surround sound system, gas fireplace, high-speed WiFi, in-suite washer/dryer/dishwasher, leather furniture and more round out the in-suite amenities.

The building itself features a rooftop pool, rooftop hot tub, BBQ area, gym, sauna, games room, meeting room and more. **Please note: access to building amenities may change in accordance with building policies regarding pandemic response**

You'll have an assigned, double-gated, secure underground parking space and access to a bicycle locker.

Enjoy stunning day and night views either from inside the suite or from the rooftop decks, which offer 360 degree panoramic views of the city.

This building does not permit short-term rentals, so please do not inquire for lengths of stay less than the minimum stated.

Pets are negotiable, smoking MUST be done on the balcony or off-site as there is absolutely no smoking permitted inside the unit.

Please read through the house rules prior to booking as house rule violations will result in immediate termination of stay with no refunds issued. British Columbia pandemic protocols, as well as the building protocols, MUST be strictly adhered to, especially if quarantining here.

In terms of location, it's hard to get better than this. A block to the waterfront at Coal Harbour, and the Seawall. Multiple restaurant and grocery options within a very short walk. Easy access to Robson Street, the Vancouver Convention Centre, Canada Place, Skytrain, Coal Harbour Marina, Stanley Park, share bikes, 5-star restaurants, shopping malls, art galleries and more.
