Franklin Crest features 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across three levels. Sleeping accommodations include 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, with each bedroom offering its own ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, blackout curtains, and private outdoor access or city views.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire property. Please make yourself comfortable and treat the home and neighbors with care and respect.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in is at 4 PM.
- Early check-in may be available for a fee if there is no same-day check-out. We can accommodate early luggage drop-off, but guests may not return to the property until 4 PM.
- Check-out is at 10 AM.
- A complimentary 11 AM check-out may be available with 12 hours' notice, provided there is no same-day check-in.
Late Check-Out Fees
11 AM to 1 PM: $300
1 PM to 3 PM: 50% of the nightly rate

- For bookings of 30 days or more, an additional damage deposit may apply.

- Monthly stays (28 to 31+ days): guests are responsible for utilities including gas, water, and power.

Events & Filming
- Prior written approval is required for any filming, production, or events.
- Additional fees apply.
- Written permission is required for gatherings exceeding maximum occupancy.
- Outside vendors require approval and proof of insurance (COI).

Amenities

Maximum Occupancy
