This home is right on Okanagan Lake.
Almost lakefront living in beautiful Summerland, 15 minutes from Penticton, 40 minutes to Kelowna. Located directly across from Peach Orchard Park which features a boat launch, beach access, picnic area and a spray park for the kids. Stunning views, fully equipped kitchen with three bedrooms and two living areas. Recently renovated. This is a quiet neighbourhood, no parties.

The space
Three bedrooms (1 king bed in the Primary, two queens in the downstairs bedrooms). The downstairs living room has a double pull out couch. Sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

Dogs are permitted (no cats), but must not be left alone in the house unless they are crated. It is the responsibility of the guest to clean up dog poop in the yard.

Please Note: We do not provide personal hygiene products including soaps, shampoos, etc.

Guest access
You will have access to all parts of the property except for the caretakers suite and the garage.

Other things to note
We do have a care taker that lives on the property (as required by law). Refer to the last photo to understand where their apartment is. They do not have access to your suite, but you do share laundry facilities (if you choose to utilize them).

We try to keep our kitchen stocked with spices and general cooking supplies (not guaranteed), we do not stock the house with perishable items or personal hygiene supplies.

We cannot offer extensions on check out time. All bookings throughout the summer are back to back and require our lovely guests to check out at 10:00 AM to ensure our cleaners can clean the house properly for covid standards before the next guest.

The backyard is NOT fully fenced.

Due to bylaws, there is no flexibility for more than 8 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
