We really enjoyed our four-night stay and it was such a unique experience. The quiet and solitude was awesome, yet with close proximity to Annapolis Royal and other sites. My communication with Christopher before booking was superb, and he answered all my questions regarding allergy issues, etc. He checked in with me before our arrival and after our first night, making sure everything was ok. The church was beautifully stocked with everything we needed and I loved sitting upstairs in the small loft with my coffee each morning - either listening to the birds in the trees outside or the rain gently falling on the roof. The caretaker (Debbie) was great and responded to my every text quickly. She was flexible, helpful, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend Christopher & Craig's place, and would love to stay there again!

This place is like a little nest :) The smell of the Church is still there. Fabulous. On rainy days, you just want to enjoy the place ! It's so cozy and all the furnitures are very confortable. We loved the fireplace and the record player :) We planned to be back :) The owners are always accessible and do their best to accommodate :)

Wow! What a beautiful space! Perfect for two couples. Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds. We cooked all our breakfasts and one dinner in the gourmet kitchen, and had cocktails either in front of the fire or in the brightly coloured loft. Great location - very peaceful and just minutes from Annapolis Royal, and from the LeQuille General Store. We felt so at home, we hated to leave. Words just don't do it justice. Wonderful to meet Rose, who greeted us with homemade strawberry jam and bread. Delicious! Christopher and Craig were very easy to communicate with although we didn't have a chance to meet them. We loved our stay in the church!

Wow is right! Thank you for the fantastic review. We are so happy you enjoyed everything at "the church" including the underused colourful loft. Come back soon!

Great overall experience. Christopher was hospitable from the start, letting us know that we could check in early (as they knew we were arriving early). Property was as described and a very nicely laid out property. Nice kitchen space and full fridge available to store food and cut down on your eating out costs. All appliances and amenities are available. Wood burning stove for extra heat/ambiance if required. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

Wow! It was just what the 3 of us were hoping for - perfect for us after busy Halifax on the waterfront. We met Rose at her home late that night because the driving took longer than we expected. She was so kind and drove ahead of us to the house and greeted us there with fresh homemade bread and strawberry jam! Too much! This welcome made us feel so comfortable even though it was a stormy night, lol. The next day folks in town asked where we were staying and they all knew about "the church". We shared how brilliantly it was decorated on the inside and all the details. We were amazed at how Christopher and Craig had so creatively used the appointments of the church, kept the character and feel and yet made it a cozy, unique, special home. Fabulous. We didn't use the kitchen since we were here only 3 nights and mostly only to sleep - wish we had time just to enjoy the home more. Lovely place, perfect location only a short drive from downtown Annapolis Royal. Stay here - you will be delighted!

This church home is breathtaking! It truly is a page out of a magazine with its rustic and modern design. Loved staying here. We wish we could've stayed longer. Rose, the property manager, is a gem. She was very helpful and kind. She had bread and strawberry jam awaiting our arrival. YUM! Christopher & Craig are awesome hosts. They made us feel really welcome and always in touch to make sure our stay was comfortable. We came with 3 small children and although the place isn't children proofed, we managed quite easily and there was lots of place to play and move around. Highly recommended home and we will return I'm sure!

Response from Christopher & Craig:
We are so glad you enjoyed the decor of the church as well as the charm of Rose, our caretaker. Also, glad you were able to manage with the lack of child-proofing as mentioned in our initial conversation. Come back any time!
