Where you’ll be

Qualicum Beach, British Columbia, Canada

I love walking in my neighbourhood - the secret loop by the ocean on Judge's Row Beach. Ask me about it.

Nature abounds here: deer visit regularly, we hear owls hooting and sea lions barking at night while eagles and blue herons can be spotted in the day.
We always love to see the quail babies and parents that share our property every year.

Be sure to check out Judges Row Beach, one of the Top Ten beaches in Canada, at low tide to catch the exposed sandy beaches. The trick is to go swimming just as the tide is coming over the sand. The water is warmed up by the hot sand and it's heavenly for an afternoon or evening dip in the waves.

Other experiences include strolling along the Ocean Promenade, exploring the nearby Heritage Forest, golf at the Memorial Golf Course, dining at the nearby restaurants, and smelling the flowers at Milner Gardens.
With a car, downtown is a 3-minute drive away or about a 20 minute walk

I love helping to conserve our natural spaces, I enjoy the local music & food scene, theatre, hiking, biking, kayaking and I am learning to play the fiddle with the Oceanside Jammers. I love living near the seaside, in the quaint town of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island and really enjoy helping my guests take home special memories of our little piece of paradise. My motto: Life's at ease with an ocean breeze! True beach bum at heart.
