The Roundhouse is nestled in between fynbos at the foot of the mountain. With 180 degrees views of the mountain and the sea, it is a stage set for tranquility and to unwind and experience the beauty of the area. Within a short driving distance is the beach and a quaint village, offering everything you need. There are amazing mountain walks and villages to explore close by. The area has the most beautiful coastline in the Western cape and also boasts with the richest floral kingdom in the world.

The space
The Roundhouse has a feeling of open space and has a wonderful patio with built in seating to either sunbathe, read or just gaze at the views. If the wind blows there is a large indoor fireplace for heat or BBQ. Kitchen is well equipped as well as a stove,oven,fridge and dishwasher. The outdoor fireplace has built in seating and can be used on a beautiful day for a BBQ.
The cottage offers a wonderful space to work remotely. An inverter has been installed to give uninterrupted internet usage as well as an opportunity to charge your laptop during a power outage. Instg: theroundhouse553

Pringle bay has a small quaint CBD. It has pubs, restaurants, coffeeshops, delicatessen, laundry, bookshop, sport shop, bottle store, chemist and a small general dealer. Everything you need is there as well as Rooi-els 7km away..Bettysbay 15 km and Kleinmond that is a lot larger about 25 km away. There is Harold Porter and the Penguins in Bettys bay that is worth a visit. Kleinmond has a quaint Harbour road with interesting shops, gallery, stunning pottery studio and many eateries. The small harbour is very picturesque.
Botriver is 40 min (46km) away from Pringle with a wine route of 12 wineries.
Hermanus is 50 min away with 10+wine farms in the Hemel-and-aarde, most stunning valley. Stanford wine route has 8 wine farms.. check on the internet, 'wine farms in the Overberg' Perfect scenic drives in winter.
