This newly acquired, beautiful addition to the 'Graceland' accomadation collection is all about Location, Location, Location. This hidden gem, is minutes walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops, pubs, hotels, historical places of interest and also the famous Donegal Bay Waterbus Excursions . Although located downtown in the heart of this thriving, vibrant, bustling, exciting coastal town, you will feel that you are miles away from it all in your quiet secluded relaxing pad in the sky.

The space
This fabulous, luxury 2nd floor, 2 bed 2bath apartment, with 9ft ceilings has over 1000 sqft of living space, stretching from sunrise views in the east to sunny south west views in the evening.
It is suitable for up to six guests, but can accomadate up to seven upon special request.
The family bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with electric shower, and the main bathroom, which is located next to the other bedroom has full bath withfor a mains overhead shower.
The apartment also features a full open plan kitchen with dining/living area.
Access to the apartment is serviced with an in house elevator if you prefer not to use the stairs (Great exercise though).
Free private parking is provided on site at rear of building.
Unlimited wifi and multi channel satellite smart Tv is also provided free of charge.

Other things to note
For all electric appliances please make sure that the power switch by the plug is switched on.
For the electric shower press in the large red switch on the entrance wall beside light switches.
