Cozy private basement guest suite with private entrance in a quiet cul de sac. Guests will have access to a large bedroom, second bedroom, full bathroom, and recreational/lounge area. Guests can live comfortably using the free provided coffee/coffee maker, microwave, and large mini fridge with freezer. This space is loaded with midwestern charm.

The owner occupies the main level. All guests must be recorded. Guests may not have visitors on the premises (unless explicitly okayed through me).

Guests have access to a full bath, lounge/recreational area, large bedroom, and second bedroom. The bathroom is on the main floor beside the private entrance and stairway.
