Tastefully decorated condo next to Sunset Beach in "Beach District" of Vancouver. Spectacular ocean and sunset views of both English Bay & False Creek. Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym & squash court. Secure U/G free parking. Steps to Sea Wall & bike routes, Aqua Bus to Granville Island, Science World & other main attractions in False Creek.

Certain bookings allow guests full privacy and use of the entire condo, including the second bedroom (if required, which comes with an added cost).

(2) Private Room (max 2 adults)
Certain bookings do not include the 2nd bedroom. Guests are allocated the primary bedroom and ensuite full bathroom. These bookings involve sharing the kitchen and living room if I am around. (giving guests their privacy is very important to me and I have a very minimal presence when there).

I am a life-long boater, having spent part of my career at sea and worked full time as a seaman / rescue specialist with the Canadian Coast Guard. I periodically use my "live-a-board" style boat to voyage within BC's extensive coastline. I also enjoy travelling.

Easy self check-in at building's front door. Condo door has code-lock system. Fobs are needed throughout the building to access all entrances and amenities (elevators, pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, U/G parking, etc)

During your stay
Certain bookings incorporate up to 4 guests having full use of the entire condo, including the 2nd bdrm. None of the condo space is shared, and I am not around.

Certain bookings incorporate up to 2 adult guests renting the primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
(no access to 2nd bdrm). The remainder of the space may be shared with me, but I try and minimize my presence and give guests optimal privacy.

Although I call this home, I am an active retired senior, and I often enjoy travelling and I am away from the city part of the year.

This home is not to be used for gatherings or parties of any kind. Any extra visitors (those not included in the guest list) to the condo require host approval.
