The loft is sometimes used for commercials, movies and similar shoot productions. It may be necessary for production companies/location scouts to access the loft for short tech production viewing, location scouting and such. Notice will be given with as much notice as I get. It's part of the experience staying in the beautiful loft.

Neighbourhood highlights

Gastown is the hip and historic area of Vancouver with cobblestone streets, twinkle lights everywhere, the steam clock, shops, restaurants, tons of ambience. It has a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops - lots of choices. The boutiques are great with international brands here such as Le Labo, Aseop, Hershal, Native Shoes, Maison Kitsune and many local brands you will love. The area is home to many creative professionals, tech companies, interesting people and characters. We all love Gastown and love seeing the many interesting people that visit. Tourists love it as do the locals. It's very neighborhoody and has been written up as the 4th most beautiful neighborhood in the world. There is a beach 10 minute walk from the loft – Crab Park.

You can walk to other areas of Vancouver like Stanely Park- it's about 30-40 minute walk, 20 minute bike ride. Yaletown, Chinatown and other areas are all close. It's a short walk to Science World, Rogers Arena, BC Place, Queen Elizabeth theatre, the Cruise ship terminal, the Seawall and much, much more.

In Gastown you can expect to see movie stars, stylish people and in-need people. It's an interesting area. I have lived here for 15 years and have never had an issue. When you leave the loft, go right toward Carrall street. If you want to go to Chinatown, go west to Abbott street and then south to Pender. Avoid Hastings street and Main area.

It's a vibrant neighborhood with lots of life happening. I love it.

My work: Creative Director
I am a creative director. My loft was designed to be a clean slate where minds can wander, bodies can rest and revive. That is why it is all white. For years, the loft was a bustling creative studio creating campaigns and brands mostly in fashion and lifestyle. Now I just want it to be an inspiring place for others. I've always tried to infuse my home with a sense of inspiration, with a lovely calming sense that all is going to be ok.
