Big home with about 1800 SQFT and a nice front yard (see pictures) and kitchen.
1 mater bedroom with a door and 1 bathroom, and another unit that has 2 rooms. 2 more bedrooms and one more bathroom (all upstairs).
A few notes -
- We rent out a separate unit on the main floor that has its own entrance and is separated by a wall. You will hardly know someone lives there and probably won't even see them.
- Hot water is electric and you need to turn it on for a few hours if you want hot water.

We are at our 60's and we like to do different projects around the house to keep it updated (although some areas are not updated, most of the house is in great shape). Since we travel sometimes, we would like to rent out our place.
