This unique property is situated across from Presqu'ile Provincial Park, overlooking the Bay of Quinte.

All suites have waterviews, outdoor shared Gas Fire pits, BBQ, private patio...boat slips subject to availability.

The space
Trendy and modern finishes are standard to all of our rooms including shiplap accent walls, live edge and quartz counters, all with a subtle Nautical theme. This particular suite known as 'The Spinnaker Suite’ Unit #4 offers 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Bathrooms, sleeper sofa, living room, full kitchen, second level access to your private patio. Feel confident in our high speed internet, wifi and Smart capabilities. We offer unique outdoor sitting areas with views of the Bay situated beside our custom gas fire pits for our guests to relax and take in the scenery. Also we are very excited to announce our new sand/beach volleyball court for our guests to enjoy!

In addition Spinnaker Suites offers on-site secure storage facilities to our guests (capable of storing personal recreational equipment) on-site laundry room with seating and folding area. Property has ample parking for our guests.
