Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa that has public lake access. Only 1/2 mile from the Yahara bike path that leads to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room and kitchen. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. And large backyard with a firepit and a nice view of the lake.

The space
Within the space we have made the most of it. With a moveable bookshelf that acts as an entertaining cart. A breakfast pennisula with ample sit in capabilities that leave the kitchen feeling open and inviting. The barn door accent provides privacy for the bedroom while offering a unique focal point when not in use. Open Kitchen with clean lines to keep your focal point up and out.

The neighborhood is very friendly. Lots of people taking walk with their kids or dogs!
