The address is 1 Ferry Street. The tiny house is set on the southern most end of Schuyler Island overlooking the water and adjacent to the confluence of Fish Creek and the Hudson. This house is on the property of Schuyler Yacht Basin a small marina/ resort/ campground. The Village of Schuylerville is walking distance from this location where there is an excellent selection of restaurants and bars to choose from. Also great access to trails and natural areas from this location exist.

The space
This tiny house is small but cozy! it provides for more than enough space for a single person looking for a quiet getaway or a couple that would like an escape from their busy lives. The loft bedroom includes a comfortable full size bed. There is a 2 burner stove top, on-demand hot water and a 2 bay sink. Also included in the kitchen is a toaster oven and a small coffee maker. For keeping things cold there is a mini-fridge with a separate freezer. There are dishes and utensils for the guests to use. The bathroom includes an incinerating toilet and a 32"x 32" shower. You will be provided with soap and towels and paper products.

The Village of Schuylerville is a few minutes walk from where the tiny house is parked and offers dining and activities to get involved with. The Canalway path is an excellent route to let you explore the banks of the river and get around the area. Playing fields and kids playgrounds are just across the street for getting some exercise and staying active. The rivers also provide entertainment, fishing is available as well as other excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. Saratoga Apple is a popular destination for delicious apples, apple cider doughnuts, and hot apple cider!
