Melbourne Family Apartments are your home away from home, for the whole family, including the extended family. Our modern 3 Bedroom Holiday Apartments are centrally located with all the family friendly extra’s to make travelling with children easier.
Our Family Holiday Apartments have modern furnishings and offer spacious living areas, separate bedrooms, air conditioning, plenty of natural light, WIFI and fully equipped kitchens. We specialize in catering for families with many extras to make travelling with kids easier, whilst also accommodating executives with extra space and the ability to bring the family. No need to bring the portacots, high chairs and all the usual excess baggage, we have it all for you. We have two identical apartments in the same building, which is perfect if you’re travelling with a large family group.

Room 1 - queen bed
Room 2 - x2 single beds
Room 3 - single bunk bed, please note this room is small so we recommend use by children only.

Linen, towels and bedding, with no additional fee or check out cleaning charge unless the check out procedure that is supplied to each guests along with copy on the back of the apartment door & inside the information folder in the apartment is not followed then guest will be liable for payment of the additional cleaning costs, rubbish removal, additional laundry fees, breakages & any damage done to the apartment itself. When guests book they are accepting to honour this agreement.
Complete cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery including every appliance you can think of including childrens plates, cutlery and cups.

Intercom security to the apartment.
Coffee, tea and breakfast condiments provided.

The Family Holiday Apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING
The apartment is located in the heart of Southbank; just across the Yarra River from Melbourne CBD. (Between Eureka Sky Deck and the Arts Centre) The never-ending Southbank Promenade is famous for its world-class restaurants, shops and of course, Crown Casino. In addition, there are multiple food outlets, buskers and arts & crafts events. And the Melbourne Exhibition Centre (better known as Jeff’s Shed) is just across Clarendon Street, opposite the Casino.
There are so many things of interest in or very close to Southbank such as Melbourne Aquarium, Flinders Street Station, Federation Square (Fed Square), Young & Jackson Hotel, St Andrews Cathedral, the National Gallery of Victoria and the Victorian Arts Centre.
Within a short walking distance from the apartment are many icons such as the Botanic Gardens, Melbourne Park (Tennis Centre), the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG or the G), Flinders Street Station, Federation Square and the Melbourne Aquarium. Walk across the river and you can also find Telstra Dome, Southern Cross Station, the Rialto Building & Stock Exchange, and the Melbourne Convention Centre. The Free City Circle Tram will take you right around the city. Along the way you can stop off at Queen Victoria Market and visit many famous Melbourne shopping locations.
Guest will have access to all building & apartment facilities.
Any additional bedding requirements such as sofa bed, porta-cot, air mattresses etc will need to be requested by the guest at the time of reservation.

Other things to note
We do have 1 allocated carpark per apartment.
If guest requires additional carparking they will have to search nearby locations.
We have a no-smoking policy as we are family orientated and this is in the best interest of all guests.
We do require guests to dispose of all rubbish before departing, strip beds & put any pool towels in the washing machine.
We also have a strict key return policy which will be sent to the guest before there arrival there are also copies inside the apartment. We have this in place to ensure all keys are returned before guest departure.
