This beautiful new apartment is situated on a hill, looking onto the Velebit mountain range and the Novigrad sea in Podgradina Posedarje.The apartment has it's own private parking and private entrance. The patio area has BBQ and the grounds have a palyground for the kids.The beach is less than a 5 minute drive.Posedarje has all the bars, shops and restuarants.Zadar is the closest City and is +15minute drive.This beautiful apartment is the perfect getaway to have a wonderful and memorable holiday

The apartment has a wonderful open plan feel. The kitchen has all the amentaties as well as a quartz table for dining. The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably. The sofa turns into a queen size sleeper bed and the main bedroom offers a king size bed. The owners have insured that the sofa and king size bed are extremely comfortable as to to get a good nights sleep.The apartment has wifi and the smart TV"S(x2) can be connected to the internet. The apartment also has AC for cooling and heating for any season.
