This freshly-furnished guest room is in Manchester's north end - a relatively quiet area, yet close to downtown and the millyard (about 3-5 minutes by car/Uber, ~20 minutes on foot).
Near to local universities, parks, museums, easy highway access (great for day-trips to the mountains, lakes, beaches, Maine, Boston, or wherever!), restaurants, shopping, and more.
All of the electricity for the apartment is generated by solar panels on the roof of a building only a few blocks away, too!
This well-appointed, comfortable guest room will be your cozy home away from home while in Manchester. With a queen size bed (premium Tuft & Needle mattress), work desk, TV with premium cable, beautiful hardwood floors, and an in-room Keurig coffee machine, you'll have your own little piece of home while on the road.
You have access to the shared spaces as well: fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom (one bathroom, shared), back porch with table and chairs, living room/dining room.
All of the electricity for the apartment (plus my office and a friend's condo) is generated by a photovoltaic array that I had installed on the roof of a nearby building. How cool is that!? :)

In addition to your use of the guest bedroom, you will have access to all of the common areas of the apartment (bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen, back porch).
Interaction with guests
Having called the Manchester area home for my whole life, I'm happy to provide recommendations and directions, if you need them. I work full-time, with varying schedules, so you might not see much of me depending on the timing of your visit. If I happen to be around while you're here, I'm happy to engage in conversation, share a meal, watch a movie, or, if you prefer a more quiet, secluded experience, I'm always happy to let you enjoy the comfort and privacy of your room.
My dog, a chocolate lab with a bit of an odd personality, does live here, so if you're allergic or not fond of dogs, this may not be the best place for you. If you are fond of dogs, just know that my pup generally does not warm up to new people too quickly, so you should just go about your business and leave him to do his thing.
Other things to note
Parking is plentiful and free on the streets around the house.
Since this is my home, guests are expected to treat it like they would treat their own home (or their grandmother's home, if they wouldn't treat their own home well!). A general sense of respect and courtesy is expected.
No parking in the driveway - street parking only.
Guests are not to enter hosts' bedrooms, the attic, or the basement.
Only the guest(s) listed on the reservation are allowed in the home. Do not bring anyone else into the house.
No smoking in or around the home (this includes the front steps/porch, since smoke comes back into the apartment through doors and windows).
Shoes off in the house, please. You may leave them in the entryway.
No pets - there's already a dog living in this home and he's not fond of other animals in his space.
Speaking of the dog, guests are asked to not play or otherwise engage with the dog unless the host has instructed otherwise.
If you use cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc., wash them, or if they are dishwasher safe, rinse and place them in the dishwasher.
No food on the bed. It is preferred that any eating happens in the kitchen or dining room, NOT in the guest room. If you eat in the guest room, only do so on the desk, so that food does not create stains/cleaning issues.
Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup, tanner, hair dye, or anything else likely to stain. Ask host for a dark-colored towel instead (or, if there are some in the hall, feel free to grab one yourself).
