Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Classic beach cottage originally constructed in 1940, and fully updated after hurricane Fran in the late ‘90s. Close walk to restaurants & shopping! Ample parking underneath the house. Additional parking beside the house. Great decks and porches, which extend out from the house and have rocking chairs and a hammock. The kitchen, dining area m, and living room area are combined into one big family room. Underneath deck and ping-pong table. Outdoor shower and 2nd refrigerator downstairs

The space
Classic cottage Beach House style, which was updated in the late 90s after hurricane Fran damage. It is a very comfortable and cozy beach house with heart of pine floors that were original. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking if desired. Very close and easy walk in either direction to restaurants, shopping, & pubs

Guest access
The beach cottage sits on two lots, parking available underneath the house, as well as in the lot next-door. Access is by code lock
