Welcome to Gulf Terrace! Gated community located right in the heart of Destin, within walking distance to the white sand beaches of The Emerald Coast! Guests can enjoy the 3 pools, 2 tennis courts and fishing lake on 26 manicured acres. Big Kahuna's Waterpark and The Track are at short walking distance, along with all the restaurants. Nearby is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area that futures over 75 shops and restaurants, including AMC and more!

This 2 bed/1 bath condo comfortably sleeps 6. It has a king in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. The apartment is fully equipped and ready to welcome your family!
We are clean freaks, so therefore you can expect that the condo will be always clean!
It has flat-screen TV with cables channels, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge, washer/dryer and Jack n Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms with a private toilet room.
