Our cozy historical 2 bedroom apartment with river views, two porches, and modern upgrades is just what you need for a delightful getaway or focused work-cation. We've preserved historical charms (hardwood floors, historical trim, retro fixtures) while adding in modern amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stylish bathroom, new kitchen, electric car charger, etc!). Less than a mile from the Newburgh-Beacon Ferry launch, which connects you to Metro North Train. Note: Located on the second floor!

The space
This 2 BR apartment is located in the second level in a 3-unit building with extremely peaceful neighbors. The building is intentionally very well sound isolated. The first floor 1BR apartment is also available to rent for larger groups. A back porch off the kitchen and a wide front porch off the living room make for sweet river breezes in the summer, while a cozy private bedrooms facing the spacious backyard and river views makes for sound seeping.

Enjoy having the full second floor 2BR apartment to yourself. All doors are accessed via keypad locks.

Other things to note
Our home is located right next to the local elementary school's playground, and other folks in the building may have children. Our large backyard is shared, so you may encounter other playing and relaxing. If absolute silence is needed during the day, or if you hate the sound of happy children playing, this probably isn't the spot for you. ;) That being said, this is a peaceful neighborhood and we respect quite hours, so no worries about late night parties from the neighbors!
