Location, location, location! This professionally decorated two master bedroom suites condo is minutes from everything Bucerias has to offer and on the ocean side of the highway. Miles of sandy beach, sunning, swimming, boarding, windsurfing, sand castles, eating, drinking, shopping and walking.

Minutes to the best restaurants Bucerias has to offer, like Karen’s Place, Taco Linda’s, Encores Restaurant and Jazz Club.

The space
No, we’re not beachfront, but so close, and no, we’re not 360 degree ocean view from our decks, but take the elevator up to the rooftop bar and infinity pool and you have the entire bay and mountain range within your sights. Watch whales, pelicans and albatross, fishing boats, cruise ships, wind surfers, and boarders. You have full access to a well equipped gym, the owners’ kitchen and bbq’s on the rooftop, as well as the bottom floor commercial space with……..right on site. You can’t go wrong. Guests have access to the entire condominium and all public spaces in the complex. The roof top pool has amazing views of the entire bay including BBQ and Owners Bar area.
