This two-bedroom apartment with two beds, washer dryer and a large balcony is set up with with all the homely comforts for you to enjoy this beautiful city of Melbourne. Suitable for a long or short stays.

The space
As you enter the apartment you see the passageway leading to the living area and the large balcony.

Two large bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with a large double bed draped in hotel quality professionally laundered linen for your to rest your head after a long day of exploring.

Large spacious bathroom with a bath tub shower is provided with towels and a toiletry starter pack for you to settle in smoothly.

The open plan living and kitchen area is flooded with natural light.

The smart tv lets you log in to your Netflix account for a relaxing night in.

There is a dining table that you can use as a work desk if working from home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and a 4 burner cooktop, for you to cook up a fancy home cooked feast with local produce bought from Queen Vic Market.

The large balcony has outdoor table and chairs for you to enjoy a hot cuppa with a good book to read with natural light.

Once you slide the balcony door shut you can easily forget that you are right in the middle of the city, as it shuts the noise out completely.

You have the whole apartment to yourself to relax after a busy day of discovering Melbourne City.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

Please Note:

This is a self contained accommodation. Since this is a self contained short stay Airbnb, we do not generally provide pantry items, or toiletries for long stays. But there maybe some pantry items and toiletries for a couple of days left for your convenience, so please feel free to use them. Supermarkets can be located on Elizabeth st if you need to get supplies.

And please respect the area labeled private, owner’s or cleaners items and do not access these areas/items.

When booking for 2 guests we assume you will only use 1 queen bed. If you book for 2 and need to use 2 seperate beds please let us know there will be an extra $35 charge for linen for the second bed.

We provide 2 sets of keys for the property.

Portacot for children
A portacot/high chair can be organised (subject to availability) for a one off fee of $35 each if requested at the time of request.

If you need to aerate the place to get rid of any smells, you can open the windows and doors as well as run the cooler and turn on the exhaust fans (in bathroom).

We aerate the place during the cleans before you check in. And have left air fresheners for you to use.

Please nites currently the clothes dryer is not working, due to be replaced on 2 Dec 2025.
