A large ensuite room available from 31 January 2025 onwards. To share the flat with female masters student, who lives in other bedroom (each room has own bathroom).
The room has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a good walk-in shower, loo and sink. Plenty of fitted cupboard storage.
Flat is situated in the historic Bedford Court Mansions in Bloomsbury.
In the summer, enjoy private access to Bedford Square Gardens, a wonderful private and quiet gardens in Bedford Square.

FLAT/APARTMENT:
The 2 double bedroom 2 bathroom (1000 sqft) apartment is located on a quiet garden square just off the Tottenham Court Road (in central London). Apartment is situated on the ground floor.
The flat has recently been modernised to a high standard, with lots of period detailing in keeping with the style of the building. The flat benefits from high ceilings and a large open plan living area with a very large designer kitchen, both bedrooms are king sized doubles with en-suite.

BEDROOM:
The room has a very comfortable king size bed, plenty of pillows and bedding including goose down mattress topper, bedside tables and central heating. There are wardrobes available for storage.

BATHROOM:
The luxury en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN:
Comfy sofas and desk. Kitchen is open plan, with oven, electric induction hob, dish washer, washer/dryer.

FACILITIES/AMENITIES:
- Fully equipped with everything you may need. See "amenities" section of listing.
- Fresh towels, fast broadband internet, hair dryer, toiletries... etc etc.

Guest access
Guests will have full private use of the flat and its facilities.
Do make yourself at home, the flat is fully equipped and everything is fairly self-explanatory. There is space in the cupboards for your clothes.

During your stay
A female masters student occupies the second bedroom but she spends very little time in the flat.

Other things to note
Just round the corner from Bedford Court Mansions is The British Museum, the first National Museum in the world, opened on the 15th January 1759, with its international exhibitions. A collection of seven million objects representing the rich history of human cultures mirrors the city of London's global variety. In no other museum can the visitor see so clearly the history of what it is to be human.

Situated in on the south-west side of Bedford Square in the heart of Bloomsbury, Bedford Court Mansions is ideally located for the superb amenities of the West End, Covent Garden, the heart of theatre land and Soho are a 5 minute walk away.

Bedford Court Mansions along with the rest of Bedford Avenue was constructed in the 1890s to replace the mews to the South Side of Bedford Square.
