Ty Heulwen is a delightful, vaulted studio annex in the heart of St Davids, with parking and an outside sitting space.
Beautifully designed and decorated, the contemporary kitchen has a bespoke artists window and the granite counter tops are lit-up with copper lighting. The comfortable king sized bed, the rainfall shower, the cushioned dining space and unique storage options, all add to Ty Heulwen's restful ambiance. Lighting combinations allow for reading or chilling out watching the TV.

The space
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge, 4 ring electric hob with extractor fan, a microwave but no oven.
Tea, coffee and sugar are provided, as are salt, pepper and cooking oil.
Freshly laundered and ironed cotton bedding and towels are supplied.
Storage includes hanging space, drawers and 2 under-bed boxes on wheels.
The velux windows have remote controlled, black out blinds.
The central heating is controlled by thermostat within the studio.

Where you’ll be

St Davids, Wales, United Kingdom

St Davids is the smallest city in the UK, in the heart of the coastal National Park. We are a thriving community with restaurants , coffee bars, pubs, arts, outdoor and clothing shops.
My husband has a specialist Plant Nursery ( near the Visitors Centre). The beautiful Cathedral and the ruin of The Bishops Palace are nearby where Music and Arts Festivals are held.
The famous, 187 mile long Pembrokeshire Coast Path and beaches are only 10 - 15 minutes walk away. St Davids is the centre for outdoor activities such as: kayaking, surfing, boat trips, climbing and walking.
