Nestled in the beautiful Valle del Tirino and surrounded by four hectares of olive and almond trees, Casa Meriditta is a haven of tranquility that is completely independent from the main villa. It has a private outdoor area for breakfast with panoramic views.

Just minutes from Capestrano, Ofena, and Villa Santa Lucia, it is a great starting point for exploring the region. Each season offers special landscapes and activities.

The space
28 m² of independent space, a short walk from the main villa. Two rooms with a view of nature, clean air and true silence.

The living area with exposed beams offers a relaxation corner on the right, where the coffee table in front of the sofa rises to become a desk or a table for an aperitif.

On the left, the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare light breakfasts and lunches to enjoy in the private garden, where you will also find a barbecue for outdoor grilling. The ultra-quiet mini fridge guarantees maximum peace of mind (it does not have a freezer).

The living area opens onto the bright bedroom, furnished with a large wardrobe, ideal for those who want a longer stay. You will find a bluetooth speaker, ready to connect to your devices.

The bathroom is equipped with a wide range of amenities, with a spacious shower and practical shelves. The lights on the sides of the mirror have a nighttime function to gently guide you even in the dark.

Many excursions nearby a few minutes from here, such as the canoe trip on the Tirino, the visit to Lake Capodacqua, the ancient villages to visit and walks in the mountains and in the valley on foot, by bike or on horseback. In 20 minutes you can reach places of great interest such as Calascio and its Rocca, Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Campo Imperatore. At 30 minutes the beautiful Sulmona, also the sea and the city of Pescara are about 45 minutes from here. And without getting around by car, you can take many walks from the house or simply enjoy your space with a view of the valley.
