Great family house with tons of room to play, located only minutes from Park City ski resorts, state parks, and local trails.

Perfect for large families or groups with children--stocked with games, toys, movies, ping pong and foosball, outdoor sport court and even a twisty slide off the back deck.

The space
This is our family home and we like to play both at home and in our surrounding area. Inside our home you'll find lots of games and toys. Outside you can play in the large backyard on the basketball/pickleball court and twisty slide (+trampoline in the summer), have dinner on the upper deck before roasting marshmallows in the firepit, then hang out under the lights on the furnished lower patio.

We are situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the Wasatch Back and a park just down the street.

The main floor has a full kitchen and great room, as well as the master bedroom, bunk room, and a room with one twin bed.

Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed, right next to a kitchenette and bathroom.

The walkout basement has a large family room with a big comfy couch, ping pong table, foosball table, and weights. The basement is large enough to accommodate two air mattresses when the ping-pong table is put away.

The 3 bathrooms will be stocked with shampoo and conditioner, towels, and washcloths.

We have four designated parking spaces for you in front of the house--two in the driveway and room for two parked diagonally on the gravel adjacent to the driveway. (AirBnB guests are not allowed to park on the street per city ordinance.)

The entire home is available to you with the exception of one room, a few closets, and the garage where we store our personal belongings. If you need access to a garage to store bikes, skis, etc., please talk to us about arranging this.

This is our family home, so please note that while we will create plenty of space for you in closets, drawers, and the refrigerator and freezer, there will be personal items as well.

There are plenty of spices and baking supplies if you need to use small amounts of anything. If you need to use a lot, please replace it.

Heber is a quiet town near world-class ski resorts and three state parks (Jordanelle, Deer Creek, and Wasatch Mountain). Skiing and snow sports are great in the winter, and there are plenty of places for mountain biking and hiking in the summers.
