Nestled on 23 acres along the Welland River, south of Twenty Valley, is a renovated and charming century old farmhouse that can comfortably accommodate and sleep friends and family gatherings of 13 people.

The space
There are three shower-equipped bathrooms, multiple TVs (with satellite) and a good selection of DVDs, games and books. When you want to take in the beauty of the outdoors you have 10 acres of forest , with trails, and the entire west/south side of the property is bordered by the Welland River. There is a large in-ground pool in the summer and year round access to a hot tub and a large fire pit.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house, minus the basement and in the colder months the main floor seasonal bedroom is inaccessible.

Other things to note
We are required to charge Ontario's 13% Harmonized Sales Tax which is NOT included in the reservation quote.
We try our best to be as environmentally friendly as we can at the farm. We would appreciate an honest effort to participate in our waste-reducing strategies by using our recycling and organic waste program.
The cleaning fee listed in the quote is actually the linen fee. The cleaning fee is incorporated into our rental costs, but following your stay, if the house requires more cleaning than normal, there will be an additional cleaning fee to pay ($30/extra hour of cleaning required)
A rental agreement will be sent out and must be read and agreed to, prior to your stay

I was born in a small village (population 350) in south-western Ontario and moved to the Niagara Region in 2003 when I enrolled in paramedicine. I have now been working in the Niagara Region as an advanced care paramedic for over 13 years. I love gardening (going back to school in January 2019 for horticulture) and am a big advocate for blood donations, stem cell registry and trying to properly manage waste (ie. reduce, reuse, recycle and compost when you can!) as good planets are hard to find so let's cherish the one we have. I enjoy walking my dog, spending time with my nieces and nephews and playing out in the dirt. I am a pretty avid concert-goer, I like wine and trying craft beers and travelling. I play hockey in the winter and am a fairly active person. I believe in the golden rule of doing onto others as you would have them do onto you...if we would all do that I believe the world would be a MUCH better place.
