We are in the southwestern part of Sardinia, 30 km from Cagliari in Su Guventeddu, Municipality of Pula within the Gulf of Cagliari.
This is a rather renowned tourist area both for the beautiful beaches (Su Guventeddu, Nora, Chia, Tuarredda, Teulada) and for the presence and proximity of the beautiful Is Molas Golf Club.
The location of the house is very beautiful as on one side it overlooks the beach and on the other you access the property from the municipal road, equipped with a bike path and public transport.

The village is very close (2 km.) and easily reachable both by car and by bicycle.
Nearby are the archaeological excavations of Nora with the evocative Roman theater overlooking the sea, which every summer offers a rich program of theater, dance, music and literature. An interesting visit is to the lagoon of Nora in the immediate vicinity of the excavations, with the Mediterranean aquarium and the cetacean and sea turtle recovery center.
Also within walking distance are tennis courts, the golf club is Molas as well as restaurants, bars, clubs, and the famous beaches of Chia and Teulada.
