Great experience! Sally is a gracious host and had so many charming amenities. The tent was cozy and perfectly nestled in the back of their property for a more rustic experience.

We stayed in the tent for the weekend and temperatures fell to a low of 40s, but it was no problem at all. We had plenty of blankets and woke up toasty. The farm is such a nice getaway from the city and is so close to Bear Dunes. We rode our bikes over in about 20-30 mins passing through apple orchards and vineyards. Can't wait to come back here again soon.

My husband and I stayed in Sally's platform tent for the weekend for our anniversary. The location was beautiful, natural, and pleasantly private. The tent itself was nice, and the bed was very comfortable! (There are some bugs in the tent, because it is a tent, but that was totally manageable, and to be expected.) It gets dark enough at night for breathtaking stargazing, which we very much enjoyed! We took the two reclining chairs from the tent deck, and reclined in the grassy area, and the view was phenomenal! The bathhouse was very clean, and the decor was modern/rustic and lovely. It seems like Sally really has thought of every detail! (I had read one review before, that said the toilet was a composting toilet, but that has been changed! The amenities were updated and very comfortable!) We thoroughly enjoyed spending some time with Sally, and even purchased some of her gorgeous pottery. If you are looking for a quiet, and beautiful place to stay, that's within 30 minutes of Traverse City, this is the place! We drove into traverse city multiple times, with ease. It is centrally located, and also conveniently close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, as well as Leland, among many other local destinations! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we are in the area!

We just returned to Sally's wonderful Cedar oasis. This time, we stayed in the tent and had a completely splendid time. The weather was perfect, which meant we could open all the flaps of the tent and hear the wind in the trees and feel a soft breeze. When we woke up, we could look beyond our toes, out at the beautiful field of tall russet grass with a bright sliverred moon above. And . . . Sally is a gracious host, who has equipped the communal kitchen and bathroom with thoughtfulness to every detail. Can't wait to return! Susan

This was our second time at Sally's, but the first in the tent. We loved it! It was the perfect balance of comfort and being out in nature. We hope to make it back next summer!

A very unique getaway! Just as described. Everything was clean and well kept. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful trip. It rained a little our last morning, but the tent stayed nice and dry! Loved the bathhouse and kitchen/dining space as well. Great "glamping" experience!

What an amazing experience! The tent was perfect...part of the fun was sharing the fire pit with other guests and the 2 am rainstorm only added to our outdoor stay..
