Erriba is a rural area, nealy 700 metres above sea level on a plateau close to the Cradle Mountain World Heritage area. Explore and hike the many famous trails at the Cradle or the Tasmanian Trail
In winter it snows frequently and you can get extreme weather. In summer you can swim nearby at Lake Barrington, Lake Gaidiner or at Spellman's Bridge water hole. It is a safe quiet neighbourhood.
You can visit the Local Historic Wilmot Museum, view the Novelty Letterbox Trail, taste freshly pressed cool climate olive oil and Wilmot Hills Distillery.
