The sophisticated office has sumptuous wood paneling, expansive ceilings, cigar humidor and audio/video capabilities. -We offer a very detailed Guidebook which will detail out everything you need to know during your stay including full check-in and check-out details to ensure your experience goes smoothly from start to finish.
-All bookings required a signed rental agreement within 24 hours in order to confirm the reservation.
Other things to note
Please be aware of the following:
1. The Hot Tub does not heat past 104 degrees Fahrenheit. In other words, the Hot Tub will likely feel lukewarm.
2. The bowling alley does break down frequently. If it breaks down during your stay, we will attempt to repair it, but cannot guarantee that the bowling alley will work during your stay.
3. Apple TV and Netflix is provided. There is no Cable TV.
4. There is a significant amount of tech installed in this house - projectors, high tech remotes, etc. We cannot guarantee that all of them will work. We will attempt to fix any issues on a best efforts basis.
Please also ensure that you carefully read and understand the House Rules.
1. All-out parties and binge-drinking types of events are NOT allowed. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and we would like to keep it that way.
2. If you need to check-in earlier than my listed check-in time or need to check-out later than my listed check-out time, please check with us before booking.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
>A $10K Damage Deposit needs to be e-transferred or paid via wire transfer prior to check-in. The damage deposit will be returned to you after check-out assuming that no damage took place to the property.
