This luxurious waterfront home is located 15 minutes south of Nakusp on the pristine Arrow Lakes. The area is well known for amazing hot springs, unspoiled landscapes, and a wild array of outdoor activities for all seasons. Enjoy the panoramic views and sunsets from the expansive deck in the private hot tub. Make memories (and s'mores) around the waterfront fire pit in the evening, while enjoying your private beach during the day. Perfect for romantic getaways or a fun family/friends retreat.

The space
Our lakehouse will offer you a unique and remarkable experience. Stunning handcrafted log home with post & beam loft and floor to ceiling windows offering amazing views 24/7. The home is located on nearly an acre, a park like landscape, with your own private beach. The layout of the house offers a Queen bed and futon in the amazing grand loft space. Spacious 4 piece bathroom with Jacuzzi bubble tub. This master suite has it's own private deck with a view of the lake along with a 50" TV. Main floor bedroom offers a Queen bed and office space with gorgeous mountain views. On the main floor: 3 piece bathroom, cozy living room with fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, sun room with extra seating and games room, and sliding glass doors to the large deck (hot tub, BBQ, patio furniture). Lower level offers a Queen size Murphy bed, two twin beds, and a 3 piece bathroom. Space offers direct access to the beach. Lake water levels do fluctuate throughout the year as Arrow Lakes is a reservoir.

#1. Nakusp Hot Springs is a beautiful area with 2 pools, hiking trails and picnic areas. From this area, you can access the historic Hot Springs Trail, Kimbol Lake Trail, Cedar Grove Trail, Peter Roulston Trail or take a short hike to the source of the hot springs.

#2. Halcyon Hot Springs has four lovely pools and fine dining restaurant overlooking Upper Arrow Lake

#3. Halfway Hotsprings Who hasn’t dreamt about soaking in a natural hot spring, in the middle of the wilderness? This incredible place is developed enough to be comfortable but rugged enough that you’re still in the middle of the wilderness. The hike down to the pools is a bit of a challenge but well worth it.

#4. The Nakusp Waterfront Walkway is a beautiful walk with amazing gardens along the Arrow Lake. On Saturdays enjoy the down town Farmers market from May to Oct.

#5 Nakusp Public Beach. The sandy beach has a shaded, grassy area, beachball volleyball court, floating-dock, roped-off swimming area, and washrooms. There’s also a playground, tennis courts and skate/bike park across the street.

#6. Nakusp Centennial Golf Course is both a challenging and relaxing golfing experience or check out the Fauquier Golf Club located on the shores of the beautiful Arrow Lakes

#7. If mountain biking interests you, check out Mt Abriel, Mountain Biking Trails

#8. Valley of the Springs Winery. Offers wine tasting overlooking breathtaking panoramic views of Nakusp and the Arrow Lakes Valley. Also check out Burton City Cidery and enjoy their natural crafted cider
