Hello, I am Bilgin Deniz Akkaya

I made the interior decoration of my house in the Samanlı Mountains in the village of Sapanca Balkaya and I continue to do it myself. I am a wood artist. I have been living here with my 2 dogs (Chef and Jupi ) for 4 years. I invite you to wake up with plenty of oxygen,green, blue peace, and bird sounds:) you can reach fruit trees like around the house ( nut walnut cherry apple plum ) and you can pick it up to the doya if you are in the season.

The space
Located at an altitude of approximately 650-700 m, Baraka Sapanca lake and a comfortable design house with a view of the valley at the foot of the Samanlı mountains every day, living with a spirit about 7 km away from the quiet city center and a comfortable design house with 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. It has a 20 mbps internet, white goods that should be in a house, electricity and water. It has 2 fireplace stoves, on the 3rd floor and on the ground floor of the house, a barbecue on the patio and a stone oven in the garden (for your bread and wood-fired tray meals).
