The space
Rest and relaxation beckon from this Old-World-Meets-Modern residential home in the heart of North Central San Antonio. Nearly 4,000 sq ft. of sprawling living space allows everyone to gather or find a corner of their own. As you enter the home, you are immediately drawn to the wooded lot through the wall of windows, inviting you to the poolside. The family-friendly layout features a lower-level main bedroom with an en-suite, conveniently accessible for swimmers, and a secondary bedroom and full bath. A cozy living space, breakfast room, well-appointed kitchen, and dining room complete the main level. The second-floor houses a king room, a bunk room with full over full beds+trundle, and a bonus play space with TV and gaming chairs. The media/game room, completely surrounded by windows, is equipped with an electric fireplace, bar with mini-fridge, foosball table, dining/game table and chairs, enormous sectional with reclining, oversized seats, 75" TV, and even has its own full bathroom. Mature trees canopy the outdoor lounging and dining spaces and feature a gas grill and propane fire pit. Near the splendid pool in the private backyard, you’ll find an upper-level treehouse with a spiral slide and enclosed porch below that features a full-size swing bed; the perfect spot for an afternoon of reading or a glass of wine.
