Welcome to Summer House PEC! Brand new construction located close to Main St. Picton. Our love of the Sandbanks inspired this modern coastal themed space. We've curated an indoor/outdoor experience to meet your vacation needs, including: 2 bedrooms/1 bath, full kitchen (new Kitchenaid appliances), Nespresso coffee bar, laundry, home theatre, and bar. Outside enjoy a spacious fenced-in yard, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and Jacuzzi hot tub!
