Watch the lobster boats leave for their morning haul as you sip your coffee at the sunlight dining table or outdoors in one of the many Adirondack chairs. Tucked away on picturesque Marshall Point, this charming 1800s Maine cape has been lovingly restored with an eye to maintaining the home's history and character while also ensuring the utmost in comfort and convenience. Walk to Marshall Point Light, Drift Inn Beach, and the Village of Port Clyde, or simply relax at home with a good book.

The space
The Teel House offers the best of both worlds – an 1800s cape with all of the vintage charm you’d hope to find for your Maine seaside getaway, yet fresh from a thoughtful restoration.

Every inch of Teel House has been designed with an eye to maintaining the cape's history and character. Luxury amenities such as high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, high-end bedding and bath textiles, and an eclectic mix of antiques and modern furnishings provide the utmost in comfort and relaxation.

In short: you will want for nothing during your vacation.

The Teel House is ideally situated on picturesque Marshall Point – just down the street from the charming Black Harpoon bar and restaurant, and a short stroll to the Marshall Point Lighthouse, as well as Port Clyde harbor with its ice cream shop, Port Clyde Fresh Catch seafood shop, General Store, restaurants, gift shops, Port Clyde kayak and SUP rentals, Dip Net restaurant, Squid Ink Coffee, and the ferry to and from Monhegan Island. Also within walking distance is Drift Inn Beach, the area’s only sandy beach and the perfect spot for families to relax and play.

While staying at the Teel House, families can walk or bike to everything they need during their vacation, making it the perfect spot for those with older children who might want to walk to town for ice cream or freshly baked doughnuts in the morning.

Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room.

Chefs will be charmed by the kitchen’s lovely ocean view, gas range, outdoor BBQ, and generous supply of cookware, kitchen tools, dishes, etc.

The sunny dining room and beautifully appointed living room also boast a beautiful ocean view.

There are three bedrooms – two with queen size beds, and one with two twin beds.

A large mud room includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to freshen towels or launder your favorite outfits while on vacation.
