Right next to the beach with sea views from all windows our 1st floor cosy modern newly decorated and carpeted apartment includes all new beds, furniture and kitchen equipment.

From the complex door you can walk along the beach, browse the many shops, cafes and restaurants, green spaces, famous steam railway, pier, Mowlem theatre, lifeboat station and of course enjoy fish and chips.

The space
Our 2 bed 2 shower room apartment is just seconds from the gorgeous Swanage beach and in the centre of town.

So close to the beach you can fall asleep to the gentle sound of
the waves.

Once you park your car you will be able to explore lovely Swanage without having to drive again for the duration of your stay.

From the Sandy beach you can hire deck chairs, buy an ice cream or fish and chips and on a nice day can even see the Isle of Wight. Opposite the beach are open green spaces for walks or picnics with spectacular views over Swanage bay.

Within a couple of minutes walk there are a mixture of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Harry Ramsden’ restaurant is directly opposite the apartment and W H Smiths, Boots, Greggs, Budgens, to name a few are seconds away.

To the rear of the apartment there are also a group of small niche independent shops.

Due to the central location we do not have on-site parking but you can often find free parking on side roads within a few minutes walk. There is also pay and display parking by the beach front and long stay car parks a few minutes away. Details are:

Our first floor apartment in a very quiet complex inhabited in the main by long term tenants is served by a lift and stairs and has an entry phone system for added peace of mind.

The newly fully decorated property has an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom plus a family shower room. There are wardrobe facilities, chest of drawers and black out blinds in both bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen including all new microwave, kettle, toaster cutlery & crockery (communal washing machines on ground floor) together with new beds, carpets and all furniture. A hoover, iron & ironing board are housed in one of our cupboards if required and we have made available a new high chair for your convenience.

On the ground floor at the rear of the property there are communal bicycle storage and refuse facilities.

On arrival, entry is gained via a key lock box appointed in the entrance.

As a guide the following are all within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
