This is the most perfect perfect ever listing. Privacy, location, quality. Recently completed by a top designer, breathtaking views of the mountains and wine valley, next to Le Lude champagne estate and restaurant, on an equestrian estate. And under 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, 5 minutes to Le Lude or Haute Cabriere estates, the monument, museum etc. There is even a friendly water mongoose named Tilly who will come to visit! NO CHILDREN of any age allowed, including infants.
 

The space
The House is an open plan living space with a wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter nights and there is an outside braai area with swimming pool perfect for those summer days. The bedroom is an extremely relaxing spot with views looking out onto the Franschhoek mountains. Great Mediterranean style bathroom with great shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the perfect place to indulge in some of Franschhoek's finest wine and produce at you indoor or al fresco dining tables. Take a step outside on to the terrace and you will find the perfect spot to have your breakfast, taking in the countryside.
Fit for a high end honeymoon or just a casual weekend break from the city - this listing is pure class.

There are 2 cats living next door that occasionally stroll around at the cottage.
