This unique home has been furnished to an excellent, cozy standard. Like nothing you have ever experienced before, it’s the ideal retreat for a quiet country stay, located close to the CMA Headquarters and only 11.5 miles from Wolfpen Gap ATV trails. The house sits in the middle of 40 acres which is free for you to explore when you stay here. Get ready to get inspired! Away from everything. All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation.

The space
Our nicely styled cottage got its beginning as an ostrich barn so it has an unusual floor plan. It breathes and boasts a relaxed atmosphere. Great for people looking for a simple yet extraordinary experience. Offering the privacy you need, a wonderfully cozy design and a very close location to endless days of hiking, fishing, and all kinds of wilderness.
We uphold the highest standards in having our property cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Without a doubt, this place makes for a real "revival" for those in need of one. We are sure you will enjoy a stay at our cottage.

Location

Hatfield, Arkansas, United States

This property is terrific all year round for a visit to Hatfield.
The Ouachita Mountains are unique in that they run east to west, rather than the north to south direction of the Appalachian and Rocky Mountains. The sandstone and shale slopes harbor two types of forest: hardwood on the northern slopes and pine and oak on the drier south-facing
slopes. Much of the range is contained within the Ouachita National Forest, a 1.8 million-acre outdoor playground.
The Ouachita Mountains are a haven for outdoor activities. No matter what you enjoy doing, you’re in the right place. With fast-moving streams and crystal-clear lakes, there’s nothing you can’t catch in the Ouachitas.
The Ouachita and Little Missouri Rivers are especially popular in this area for trout and walleye fishing, while Lake Ouachita and Lake Hamilton are superb spots for striper and bass.
Those who wish to experience the entire Ouachita Mountain range can traverse the Ouachita National Recreation Trail, a 223-mile recreational hiking trail that stretches from Arkansas’s western
border near Talimena State Park to Pinnacle Mountain State Park near Little Rock. You’ll find plenty of quality shorter options as well, such as the Lake Ouachita Vista Trail (LOViT), Eagle Rock Loop
and more.
Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoor adventures for local explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy!
