Thanks for looking at our flat!
You will love the Abasto, a beautiful and traditional area in Buenos Aires: centric and with lot's to do! My apartment is 100 years old, it has lots of charm and history.
There is yoga, a terrace and we enjoy sharing great moments together when cooking. We hope you will get the most of Buenos Aires.
Lise, from Toulouse, a tour guide, is the only person living in the apartment so she'll receive you. She's very easy-going! Speaks French, Spanish and English.

The space
We have an extra room (mezzanine) for one person. The height of the room is 5.4 feet or 5.5 = around 1.5 meters - 1.65

You will notice a colorful cherry blossom tree painted on the building. As you walk up the marble staircase to the apartment you'll enjoy the green and blue vitraux.
The living room is spacious, with an open concept kitchen. You have two balconies, one looking west and another to the inner patio.
The room has air conditioning/heat, a variety of books in English and Spanish, a desk and all sorts of recommendations on what to do in this beautiful city.

Kitchen and all appliances. Washer. Barbecue and terrace upstairs!

What I truly love about this apt is how centric it is to every neighborhood. Around the block is the Konex *a cultural center with many weekly events. In the area, there are tons of theaters and restaurants. The Abasto Shopping Mall is three blocks away.

The subway line B is three blocks away and subway line A is 6. Taxis and buses are all over the place, I personally love Cabify or Uber when having little time to where I have to go (more affordable and safer)

The room has great natural light so if you don't enjoy this, remember eye covers for sleeping.

Wifi access.

There is a free bicycle system in the city where you pick one up for an hour and leave it at another station.

There is a bakery, kiosk, and market within one block.

Guest access
Kitchen and all appliances. Washer. Barbecue and pool area.

Other things to note
With previous guests, we have seen the street art or gone out to tango bars at night. If I am not there, please ask me about what I recommend!

Location

Buenos Aires, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina

Abasto is originally called "Balvanera" but we relate to it because of the shopping mall which years ago was a central market for fruits and vegetables.
