The “Family Central Porto” is located in the historic area of Porto,near D. Luis Bridge and Batalha Square. With 4 bedrooms (1 small), it has an area of 120 m2, and can accommodate up to 7 people, it is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday or a weekend with family or with your group of friends.

The space
Housed in an old building, the “Family Central Apartment” has recently been completely refurbished (2019). Please note that it is on the 3rd floor, no elevator.

It features a TV with a flat screen and WiFi.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The apartment has a bathroom equipped with bathtub and bidet and another equipped with shower cabin, there’s also a hair dryer available

IMPORTANT:
- The apartment is located in the historic area on a busy street, so some noise can be heard in the rooms facing the street.
- Although the apartment was renovated inside, the access stairs (common area of ​​the building) remain old.
- If you’re travelling by car please note that the apartment is in the historic center of the city and unfortunately there is no parking at the property or free parking spaces nearby. However there is a public park about 300m away.
- The apartment does not have a place to store luggage. Therefore, we would appreciate you contacting us to check the possibility of early check in or late check out subject to availability (only possible if we do not have guests on the same day)

Crossing the river to the other side through the famous Dom Luís I Bridge which was designed by a disciple of Eiffel and has a unique architecture with 2 distinctive passage ways where vehicles, people and metro share almost the same strip, Vila Nova de Gaia awaits you with the cellars of the famous Port Wine, beautifull boat trips along the Douro River and a show of incredible views of the Ribeira neighborhood!


But Porto is not just “downtown”… not to be missed is also “taking a leap” to the modernity well present in the Casa da Música and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Serralves.

And we haven’t even said half of it.
