Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
A newly built romantic shepherds hut set in a beautiful rural setting with Alpacas for neighbours. Located in the village of Trematon on the outskirts of Saltash, otherwise known as the gateway to Cornwall.
The historic city of Plymouth is just half an hour by car. We are in close proximity to amazing coastline, Dartmoor and Bodmin moor, with an abundance of local walks and footpaths.
The hot tub and a large bag of wood will be exclusively for you through out your stay at no extra charge.

The space
The Shepherds hut has been built to accommodate your needs for an authentic experience with all mod-cons. The toilet and shower are standard size in a compact and bijou bathroom. The kitchen workstation has a sink, two ring electric hob, fridge and a combination microwave and oven. There is a wall hung TV with an integral DVD player. The cabin double bed is snugly tucked away behind curtains, with 100% cotton bedding to make your sleeping experience as special as possible.
To enhance your privacy as well as a decorative fence we have planted over 60 trees, we also have our own solar power panels to produce locally grown electricity.

Trematon, Saltash, United Kingdom

Nearby Saltash has a Waitrose and Lidl, the high street offers a local butcher, chemists, beauticians, pubs, cafes and bakery.
Close by is the scenic Forder that is situated below Trematon Castle. It has river frontage and direct access to the Churchtown Farm Nature Reserve. Its great for dog walking or paddle boarding and Kayaking. There are plenty of beautiful countryside lanes and footpaths to explore.
There is much to see and do in Cornwall and Devon and so being located on the border means you have a fantastic opportunity to explore both counties.
