The Old Chapel house was an adventure. It's in a brilliant location, is full of character and has its own fantastic sauna. However the bedrooms didn't quite work for the three of us, as we wanted to be near each other and the sofa bed wasn't as comfortable as the main mezzanine bed. There are a couple of beds by the sauna which were comfy but underground. Staying somewhere with such history was magical and Juha was hugely helpful. Wifi service was better than home but the kitchen isn't for cooking. This is a lovely spot for a couple or a group wanting period detail in a beautiful city, but it's not for anyone wanting comfortable minimalism or a hotel experience. I really enjoyed it.

I loved staying in this place. It felt like a home, comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent. Make sure you bring in some rustic meals and enjoy being in this medieval dwelling. The sauna is a massive perk too!

Amazing location. Right in the heart of the old town, and yet still secluded and quiet thanks to the private courtyard. The building comes with its quirks, like steep steps and low ceilings in places, but in general a really great and atmospheric place, would love to come and stay again.

What a gem in the center of Tallinn! We really enjoyed this unique property and it's charm and authenticity. It was comfortable for us, we new what we are getting. But if you have a problem to go to the bathroom from upstairs loft to the basement, it's not for you. Kitchen is stocked with all needed things to cook. The smell that was mentioned earlier was strong. Not sure what was it, but it was tolerable. We had fun in this place. Thank you !

Location, location, location. If this is most important to you then juha's place is a great choice! To those who have done their research or know Talinn well... Think ... Walking out of the gate straight into the olde hansaa restaurant.. And yet... Because the house is some way from the gate .. The house is absolutely peaceful and quiet :) the best of both worlds... To my dear travelers.. It IS an old hoise nearly a millennium old ... And a thousand year old building made Of stone cannot possibly have the modern hotel comforts ... But juha did his best to make it as modern as Possible ... Thumbs up! A truly Great stay :)

Juha's place was great. I stayed there with my girlfriend for one night. The location was amazing, just in the center of old Town and we really enjoyed the sauna and being in an old building. Also Juha was very helpful as he allowed us to keep our luggage in a store room until we left late in the afternoon.
