The Coach House is entirely yours, including a south facing deck to relax outdoors for your morning coffee.

Free parking. The R2 Rapid Bus at 3rd and Ridgeway is 2 blocks away. The Shipyards and Lonsdale Quay are a quick walk on the Spirit Trail.

The space
Enjoy a completely contained house with the luxury of your own private entrance and parking. Cuddle into the high quality beds and sheets and choose to block out the morning sun or bathe in it. The main floor has extra wide entrances to accommodate guests with special mobility needs. The open floor plan creates a bright and spacious feel that can open up right onto the deck. * Please note - we do not have central Air Conditioning

Neighbourhood highlights

The owners live on the property in a residential area with lots of long term residents and a strong sense of community. People are out in their gardens and walking their dogs in the good weather. There are a couple of small parks nearby for kids to play and the Spirit Trail is only a few blocks away. This trail will connect you to Lonsdale Quay and the Shipyards.

There are a few shops and restaurants that you can easily walk to in less than 10 minutes - a bistro, sandwich/coffee shop, sushi restaurant, bagel bakery and a British butcher. Park and Tilford is a shopping centre with a major grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, liquor stores, etc. This is a two minute drive and is directly on the bus route two blocks from the Chalet.
