The Casa Paco Apartment is located in the Mogán Valley, in the Hornillo district. It is only 4 km from Puerto de Mogán and offers a quiet environment, ideal for remote work. There are numerous hiking and cycling routes nearby. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people.

The apartment has two private outdoor spaces. The covered terrace near the entrance is the quieter option, with more shade in the afternoons. Being closer to the road, some light traffic noise may be audible when sitting outside. A bakery, a café, and a bar are just 50 meters away, and the town of Mogán is 3 km away, where you will find restaurants with local cuisine. Mogán beach is 5 km away, about a 7-minute drive. The airport is 40 minutes away by car (54 km).
The property is close to the Chira, Soria, Las Niñas, and Mulato reservoirs, where you can practice sport fishing.
