The Patio apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a large shower and a beautiful patio that makes it very special, it is only 5 minutes from the Los Fresnos Shopping Center, from there and only 7 minutes more you are in the Paseo de Begoña with the Jovellanos Theater, you can already say that you are in the center, only left to get lost by its street to reach the San Lorenzo beach or the City Hall area. Gijón is a very walkable city and the bike option is on the rise.

The space
The Patio apartment, is located in a building of 1956, with its original doors and windows, which configure it together with the high ceilings a character of its own.
It has 4 seats, it is a nice and comfortable space, it has a Patio where you can enjoy an extra space for you and if you bring your pet you will have stainless steel feeders at your disposal. Your kids can also lie in the hammocks that are ready to be enjoyed.
The Patio, along with the layout of the rooms, will make you enjoy the one-time use apartment for you. The living room with its Pellets stove will provide you with a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

The area is quiet and very nice, you have all the shops nearby some open during the weekend and also the Los Fresnos Shopping Center. Just 5 minutes away you can enjoy a walk through the Parque los Pericones, one of the lungs of Gijón with large areas for dogs, in the case that you travel with your pet or rest areas for a picnic or the playground for the kids.
