The space
The house has four bedrooms, two king suites with their own private bathrooms. The showers in the ensuite bathrooms have rainfall showers with multi-heads.

The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with tub.

It is open plan with a great floorplan well suited for a family vacation, perfect for games nights or movie nights.

Guest access
You will have the full villa and garage for yourself, including the private south-facing pool.

Within the community we have tennis courts, basketball court and a beach volleyball court. There is a community pool with changing cabanas, lakeside charcoal BBQ's and a tot-lot play park.

Pool heating is available for $25 USD per day (minimum 7 days).
Early arrival / late checkout may be available, but needs to be confirmed. If available a charge of $45 USD applies for either.

Other things to note
Pool heating is available as an optional extra, charged at $35 per night of your stay - we will switch pool heating on before you arrive so the pool is up to temperature for your arrival. If you would like pool heating, we will arrange for pricing specific for your dates so all transactions are handled by Airbnb.

Day-to-day items, eg toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc. - an initial supply is provided, however, guests will need to replenish things through out their vacation for their needs.

Televisions - The main living area and each bedroom has a television with Roku Player. We do not have cable service. The internet provided is an excellent speed for streaming services.

I am an optometrist, eye geek, husband to a lovely wife and father to three great kids. We enjoy travel and fell in love with vacationing in Florida, both for the theme parks and the many wonderful attractions that the state has to offer. After many great vacations we purchased the villa we kept returning to as it was our home away from home.
