Our beautiful 4 bedroom home is set in a peaceful community with excellent facilities. Fully equipped with all amenities provided, private south-facing pool & patio. We love our vacation home, close to all the theme parks, it is ideal for families.
Open plan and spacious, this relaxing accommodation is ideal for families who like to enjoy the best vacations possible in Central Florida. Near to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Legoland. Amazing memories are made here.
The space
The house has four bedrooms, the king suite and queen suite have their own private bathrooms. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with tub.
It is open plan with a great floorplan well suited for a family vacation.
Guest access
You will have the full villa and garage for yourself, including the private south-facing pool.
Within the community we have tennis courts, basketball court and a beach volleyball court. There is a community pool with changing cabanas, lakeside charcoal BBQ's and a tot-lot play park.
Pool heating is available for $25 per day.
Early arrival / late checkout may be available, but needs to be confirmed. If available a charge of $45 applies for either.
Other things to note
The house has a security alarm for added safety, you will be given a security code for this alarm. The alarm must be used and the security code must not be shared.
Pool heating is available as an optional extra, charged at $25 per night of your stay - we will switch pool heating on before you arrive so the pool is up to temperature for your arrival. If you would like pool heating, we will arrange for pricing specific for your dates so all transactions are handled by Airbnb.
Day-to-day items, eg toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc. - an initial supply is provided, however, guests will need to replenish things through out their vacation for their needs.
Televisions - we have now removed the small TV's from the bedrooms, still visible in the photos and have updated the main TV and added Google Cast and a Roku player. There is no cable TV service.
