PRIVATE FIREPIT + PRIVATE JACUZZI + NIGHT SECURITY
A quiet oasis in the middle of Bali's nature. Full privacy. Perfect during the rainy season. Ideal for couples, retreats, and remote work.

The space
The villa is part of 1600 square meter of land (this is the only villa on the lot). You park inside the lot (4 parking spaces 2 each in tandem) and make your way 'down' to the villa.
Entrance Yard:
Before you enter the building, the Villa has a private open-air entry yard. This place is perfect for escaping the sun, sitting back with a good book, or relaxing with friends. It's fully tiled with Moroccan cement tiles and furnished with a comfortable conversation set with two wooden lounge chairs and a Javanese-carved side table.
Kitchen:
The first space to enter is the kitchen facing the cooler and the shadowy entrance yard. It has a fully equipped full-size solid wood/metal frame kitchen with all utensils needed to host. Gas Stove, Full-size Refrigerator with freezer, Microwave, and Water Dispenser. The kitchen island is designed as a bar seating 4 people on high chairs.
Dining room:
Located between the kitchen and the living room, the dining room features a high-end heavy wood table with 6 chairs and a copper lamp shade, which gives the room a warm ambiance.
Livingroom:
The living room is the space closest to the cliff. It is part of the multi-level space where you can see the cliff from the kitchen and dining overlooking the living room. The living room comes with a comfy cream corner couch, a coffee table, and plenty of pillows. An overarching lampshade gives beauty and elegance to the room. A white Smart TV, and Surround speakers installed on the ceiling can all be connected via Bluetooth.
Each Bedroom:
To each side of the living room are the two bedrooms, located (separated by the living space). Each bedroom is again designed in a multi-level setting. The bathroom is on higher ground overlooking the bedroom, which overlooks the private terrace, overlooking the common infinity pool. King-size bed with high-end bed linen, bedside tables with bedside reading lamps, and power plugs including a USB plug. Dedicated Working Desk with Ethernet Cable Plug and integrated Power plugs. Floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with space for hanging and placing all your belongings. Both bedrooms also have a plug for an extra TV (not included). A big glass door leads to the en-suite bathroom.
Each Bathroom:
Moroccan tiled bathroom with roomy shower overlooking the cliff without curtains or shower walls. Two vanity sinks with Hans-Grohe Faucets (German Brand). Toilet without doors.
Pool & Terrace :
This villa features a stunning arched infinity pool connecting both bedrooms and the living room. Step into your morning swim right from your private terrace. The pool has a shallow part, which usually heats up faster, where you can sip your cocktail overlooking the river. Each terrace has its private outdoor seating, one with a conversation set and the other with a sun lounger. One terrace has a dedicated work desk, which we call the writer's desk. There is no better place to relax, write a book, or jot down that poem you had in mind.
Jacuzzi:
A special feature is our outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the cliff with jet streams and hot and cold water.
All spaces:
All spaces are fully air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, including the three terraces. Each room is tastefully decorated with local hand-painted oversized paintings featuring different personalities and parts of the world.
Guest access
Guest can access their private Villa, the parking area, and the fire pit in the yard next to the villa. The lawn can be utilized privately for personal yoga/ sitout/ etc. (no events without permission from the host)
Other things to note
Due to the location, you may encounter wildlife (Monkeys, Snakes, Birds, geckos, etc.). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution when doors open, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, geckos, roaches, water bugs, etc.
Please note geckos are extremely common in Bali, they make an on-off sound and they mostly reside on walls close to a light source.
We can prepare firewood for you. Let us know ahead of time. The prep the fire, light it, and clean up afterwards we charge a nominal fee of 100.000 Rp.

Neighbourhood highlights
This is a quiet neighborhood. There are no neighbors on the other side of the cliff or across the street. When looking at the river there is one villa on the right side, none on the left side. Along the street, to the Villa, you can find several smaller villa complexes. There is an art workshop close by, and a restaurant within one of the other villas. The closest restaurant is within 4 min driving distance.
