Happy go lucky. In 2021 with the help of family and friends I realised my dream and built a hybrid eco home on my families Croft directly on the NC500 route in the Northern Highlands to spend time with two rascals. Flotnar Hús translates from Old Norse to Seafarers House and was purpose built by Thermohaus for when I’m in and out the area. The weeks I’m offshore or out of the county, the house is run as a holiday let by a property management company. During the summer months I’m onshore this year, I’m welcoming guests on a B&B basis.
